We also installed the Black Japan stained AA grade ply ceiling throughout the main entertaining area.

The remarkable cantilevered pergola, constructed from Accoya Pine Rafters and carbon fiber, extends over the pool without any supporting posts, creating a visually striking feature. This engineering masterpiece not only ascends the side of the building but also projects out over the pool, secured by tensioned stainless steel cables.
